With the introduction of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and the far-reaching changes it makes for people who rent their homes in Wales, there is a greater risk that Community and Private landlords will make mistakes during the process of ending contracts (tenancies). Level 2 pre-course requirements:
Learners should have completed Shelter Cymru’s Level 1 ‘Introducing the RHWA’ or ‘RHWA: A guide for advisors’ courses or have a good working knowledge of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
